How to make easy Homemade French bread

This makes 3 loaves

3 Loves French Bread (Simple & Comforting)

If you love fresh, crusty French bread, this easy recipe will hit the spot—warm on the inside, golden on the outside, and made with just a few basic ingredients: water, red flour, salt, and yeast. Perfect for sharing (or keeping all for yourself).

Ingredients

Water  -         2 cups

Red flour-      6 1/4 cups

Salt -              2 1/2 teaspoon

Yeast-             2 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

1. Activate the yeast: In warm water, stir in the yeast. Let it sit until it looks slightly foamy. -OR- you can use instant yeast that you don't have to activate

2. Mix the dough: In a bowl, combine red flour and salt. Pour in the yeast mixture and stir until a dough forms.

3. Knead: Knead the dough until smooth and elastic (about 8–10 minutes).

4. Let it rise: Cover and let it rise until doubled in size—usually about 45–60 minutes.

5. Shape: Punch down gently, then shape into a long loaf (or split into smaller loaves for extra “love”).

6. Final rise: Let it rise again for about 20–30 minutes.

7. Bake: Bake at 450°F until the crust is deep golden and the bread sounds hollow when tapped.

Serving Tip

Slice and enjoy warm with butter, soup, or anything you love—because French bread is best when it’s made with care and shared with “3 Loves.”

Why I choose a Disney Cruise over any other Cruise

Why I Choose a Disney Cruise (Over Any Other Cruise) After my trip, I totally get why people keep talking about Disney cruises—because the experience really is different. Here’s what stood out to me most: 1) The cleanliness is next-level The ship was super clean the whole time, from the common areas to the places you walk through every day. It made everything feel comfortable and stress-free. 2) The little free extras actually matter Disney kept surprising me with perks, like: • Free water and lemonade waiting for you when you get back on the ship • A staff member (or attendant) standing in front to greet you when you return—something I didn’t see on other cruises 3) They’re ready for anything When it rained, they didn’t just shrug it off. They handed out ponchos for everyone , so you could still enjoy the day without getting drenched. And in ports where mosquitoes are a big deal, there was even a huge bottle of bug lotion waiting for guests when you got off the ship. 4) Fo...
