Dark side of reddit

 So I decide I want to do either a podcast or write a book about this topic and it's been in the making about 3 years. Let me first explain the backstory. Show-Low Camping

​ Show-Low Arizona is perfect for camping with many RV resorts up here. The weather is a little hotter than Flagstaff but you have a few day trips around a hour from you. In Show-Low you can go to Fools Hollow lake but be warned the lake is half empty. Fun fact there is secret town buried under the water. You can fish,hike, and paddle board but no boating. About a hour North is Petrified Forest National Park. I recommend going in the fall since it was really hot in August. After leaving the park you can head over to Holbrook where Route 66 is , and they have the Wigwam hotel with the old vintage cars.

Fool Hollow Lake

Camping at Fool Hollow Lake: Sweat, No Boats, and a Secret Underwater Town Camping at Fool Hollow Lake in August sounded like a great idea. And, technically, it was. The trees were beautiful, the scenery was peaceful, and nature was everywhere—which was especially impressive considering we were spending most of our time trying not to become part of the ecosystem. It was hot. Not “grab an extra bottle of water” hot. More like “the tent is now a portable oven and sleeping bag is a punishment” hot. By midmorning, we were sweating in places we didn’t know could sweat. Even the camp chairs seemed warm enough to cook breakfast on. Our main plan was to enjoy the lake, do some boating, and spend a relaxing afternoon on the water. Unfortunately, the lake had other plans. Camping Fools Hollow Lake

  Fools Hollow Lake: Where the Water Took a Summer Vacation We went in August and yep it was beyond hot! But just during the day it's for sure not Flagstaff weather but it did rain one day and brought down the temps. So this is a beautiful place to camp it was beyond and I mean beyond peaceful and you were very space out. There was many campsites that over looked the lake ( well what's left of the lake anyways) the water is low so no boating at all. We rode bikes and went into town durning the day. At night the temperatures dropped and it was enjoyable to be outside.
